We’re confident you’ll love our breads, but if anything goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

If you experience any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping or spoilage due to incorrect handling or manufacturing, you can request a replacement within 24 hours of receiving your bread. We’ll provide a full replacement of the exact product that was affected.

To initiate your request, please contact us via email at info@zonafi.in or WhatsApp at +91 9867113900 within 24 hours of receiving the product. Be sure to include:

• Your name
• Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)
• A clear image of the damaged product

Our team will review your case and respond promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Please note: All replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and shipping charges are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to delivering delicious breads that meet your expectations

We ship our breads as soon as possible based on the selected order date during checkout. Any shipping charges are not refundable and we use various shipping partners to make delivery of our products.

Order processing would take 1-2 days. Based on the day selected by you, your order deliveries would begin in the current week or subsequent week

We cant unfortunately offer delivery day resceduling at this moment. However, we can accomodate delivery day change requests for subsequent week
