1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • We do not offer cancellations as all products are freshly made to order.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, cancelled, or refunded.

 

2. Replacement and Refund Policy

 

2.1 Replacement Eligibility

We’re confident you’ll love our breads, but if anything goes wrong, we’re here to make it right. If you experience any issues with your order, such as damage during shipping or spoilage due to incorrect handling or manufacturing, you can request a replacement within 24 hours of receiving your bread. We’ll provide a full replacement of the exact product that was affected.

To initiate your request, please contact us via email at info@zonafi.in or WhatsApp at +91 9867113900 within 24 hours of receiving the product. Be sure to include:

  • Your name

  • Your order number (found in your order confirmation email)

  • A clear image of the damaged product

Our team will review your case and respond promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

 

2.2 Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders that have been prepared and dispatched are not eligible for a refund.

  • Perishable products such as breads, cakes, or other fresh food items cannot be returned or refunded once delivered.

  • Refunds will not be provided for minor variations in taste, texture, or appearance, as all products are handmade.

 

2.3 Shipping Charges

  • All replacement requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

3. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, first check your bank account.

  • If the refund is not reflected, contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.

  • If you have done all the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@zonafi.in.
