We also serve a wide array of specialty coffees and have recently launched an exclusive matcha menu, providing a range of unique beverages for all tastes.

 

Our artisan baking extends to our sourdough bread, a guest favourite available weekly by pre-order. We also offer freshly baked focaccia, gluten-free breads, and cookies on order. For dessert lovers, our Tres Leches, Crème Brûlée Tart, and Noir Amande Tart (dark chocolate and almond) are among the most popular choices, satisfying even the most discerning palates.

Nafisa Mukadam is more than just a certified pastry chef; she is the heart and soul behind every dessert at Moi Doughssier, drawing deeply from her life as a mother to two vibrant daughters, Anitra and Aahana. After a 14-year sabbatical, Nafisa returned to her passion, pursuing an education at the prestigious School of European Pastry, all while balancing her role as a devoted homemaker. This remarkable journey fuels every aspect of Moi Doughssier, where each creation is infused with the warmth and nuances of her personal life.

 

Nafisa’s daughters have been her greatest inspiration. Their laughter, curiosity, and boundless energy influence her whimsical desserts and flavourful artisanal breads, reflecting the joy and playfulness she shares with them in their home kitchen. From baking weekend treats to experimenting with new flavours, these moments have shaped her approach to pastry, making each creation personal and evocative.

 

Pouring her heart into building Moi Doughssier, Nafisa has meticulously handpicked every detail, from the thoughtful menu to the tastefully designed interiors, crafting a space that feels like an extension of her home.
